Start with the physical state. Lyophilised powder is stable at ambient for the duration of any normal lane; anything in solution is a different conversation entirely.
Asking a supplier to hold a shipment during a heatwave is a reasonable request that the better ones honour, and it costs a week rather than an order.

These are ranges members have reported, not quotes. Judge a lane on whether tracking scans continuously rather than on days elapsed.
It helps to be literal here: anything shipped in solution is a genuinely different risk, because hydrolysis and deamidation proceed in the aqueous phase and are strongly temperature-dependent.
Phase-change pack hold times are a function of mass, latent heat and box insulation, and published figures for small parcels are on the order of a day or two.
A cold pack that arrived hard tells you about the last day of transit and nothing about the first eleven.
